Getting Started

Estimates, Service Area & Getting Started

What areas does Peak Construction serve?

Peak is based in North Highlands and serves homeowners across the Greater Sacramento area. Send the property ZIP code and project details and we’ll confirm availability. See the current service areas.

What should I send with an estimate request?

Your city or ZIP code, the service you need, a short description of the problem and a few clear photos are the most useful starting points. The estimate form also accepts PDF files.

Can I request an estimate online?

Yes. Use the estimate form or call Peak at (916) 710-1007.

Does Peak work on residential projects?

Yes. Peak focuses on residential exterior repair and construction work, including dry rot, siding, decks, patios, waterproofing and related exterior repairs.

Service Questions

Dry Rot, Siding, Decks & Patios

Can you tell how far dry rot extends before opening the wall?

Not always. The visible damage shows us where to start, but we may need to open the area to see how far the rot has spread.

Do you repair siding or only replace it?

Both. Localized siding and trim can be repaired when the surrounding material is still sound. Larger replacement may make more sense when damage has spread or a clean patch is not realistic. See Siding Repair & Replacement.

Does Peak build new decks as well as repair them?

Yes. Peak handles deck repair, rebuilding and new deck construction. See Deck Building, Repair & Rebuilding.

What kind of patio work does Peak offer?

Patio work is planned property by property. Peak reviews the home, outdoor-space goal, access and site conditions before confirming the design, materials and construction details. See Patio Construction.

Does Peak offer waterproofing?

Waterproofing is available when water management is part of a deck, balcony or exterior-surface repair. The system and preparation requirements are confirmed for the specific project.

Does Peak do full roof replacement?

Peak handles localized roof repair when a roof edge, penetration or adjoining exterior condition is part of the project. The site does not present Peak as a full roof-replacement contractor.

Project Administration

Permits, Warranty & Timing

Will Peak handle permits and inspections?

When permits or inspections are required, Peak can coordinate the necessary steps. Requirements depend on the jurisdiction and the work being performed.

Is the work covered by a warranty?

Peak provides warranty coverage on its work. The written project agreement explains the duration, covered work and exclusions.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the work, materials, site conditions and any required permit or inspection steps. Peak confirms scheduling after the project has been evaluated.

How do I verify Peak’s contractor license?

Peak Construction lists California contractor license CSLB #1098148. Use the CSLB link to review the current official record.
