When you request an estimate or contact Peak Construction, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project details, uploaded project photos, service requested, and information about how you reached the website.

How We Use Information

We use this information to review requests, contact customers about projects, schedule or coordinate estimates and appointments, provide project or quote follow-up, maintain business records, improve website performance, and protect the website from spam or abuse.

Customer SMS Communications

If a customer separately opts in to receive SMS from Peak Construction, text messages may relate to estimate requests, appointments, project updates, or quote follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Internal Operational SMS Alerts

Peak Construction also operates a separate low-volume internal SMS alert program for authorized company representatives. This program notifies an authorized representative when a new website estimate request is received.

The authorized representative opts in by texting START to +1 217-548-9839. After opt-in, the representative receives a confirmation message stating that they are subscribed to internal website lead alerts, that message frequency varies based on incoming estimate requests, that message and data rates may apply, and that they may reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Website visitors and customers are not enrolled in the internal operational SMS alert campaign. The internal campaign is for authorized Peak Construction representatives only and is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers only as necessary to operate the website, CRM, file storage, email, security, customer-service, or SMS delivery systems on behalf of Peak Construction.

Service Providers

Peak Construction may use service providers for website hosting, form processing, analytics, spam prevention, CRM records, email delivery, file storage, and SMS delivery. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform those services.
