Additional Current Services

Exterior Work That Often Comes With the Main Repair

Exterior problems often cross more than one material. If the same issue affects siding, trim, framing, waterproofing or another nearby component, Peak can handle that related work as part of the project.

Patio Construction

Patio construction and outdoor-space improvements in North Highlands and the Greater Sacramento area. Materials, site preparation and structural details are worked out for the actual property before construction begins.

Waterproofing

Waterproofing for decks, balconies and exterior surfaces when water management is part of the repair. Peak can perform Westcoat-certified work, with the system, surface preparation and manufacturer terms documented for the project.

Balcony & SB 721 Repairs

Repair balconies and other exterior elevated elements where dry rot, deterioration or related damage is found. Work can include framing, walking surfaces, rail conditions and waterproofing where needed.

Roof Repair

Localized roof repair when a roof edge, penetration or adjoining exterior condition is part of the same repair. Peak is not presented here as a full roof-replacement contractor.

Fascia & Eaves Repair

Repair deteriorated fascia, eaves, rafter tails and related roof-edge wood, including nearby trim and finish work when needed.

Exterior Painting

Exterior painting and coating where needed to finish a repair, protect new materials or blend repaired sections into the surrounding exterior. Peak does not present this as a standalone whole-house painting program.

Door & Window Replacement

Exterior door or window replacement when the opening, trim, flashing or surrounding framing is part of the repair. Peak can also repair the exterior work around the opening so it is properly tied back into the wall.

General Exterior Repairs

Some repairs do not fit neatly into one category. Damaged trim, isolated framing, wall transitions or other weather-exposed components can be evaluated together and repaired as one exterior project.

Warranty & Project Documentation

Peak warranty coverage applies to the approved work performed by Peak. Exact duration, covered work and exclusions are confirmed in the written project agreement rather than assumed from a generic promise.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a selected product or system, the relevant documentation is tied to that project’s approved materials and installation scope.

Permits & Inspections

Peak can coordinate required permits and inspections when the approved project calls for them. Whether a permit is required depends on the jurisdiction and the actual work being performed.

The project scope is reviewed first so permit, inspection and closeout steps can be matched to the work rather than added as a blanket claim to every repair.
