Peak Construction SMS Programs

Peak Construction, Inc. may operate separate SMS programs for customer communications and for low-volume internal operational notifications. Participation in any SMS program is optional and subject to these terms.

Internal Operational Lead Alerts

The internal operational SMS program is available only to authorized Peak Construction representatives. Its purpose is to notify an authorized representative when a new estimate request is submitted through peakconstruction.us.

Internal alerts may include basic lead information such as a customer name, ZIP code or city, and requested service so the company can respond promptly. These internal messages are operational only and are not marketing or promotional messages.

How an Authorized Representative Opts In

An authorized Peak Construction representative opts in by texting START to +1 217-548-9839.

After texting START, the representative receives the following confirmation:

Peak Construction Inc.: You are subscribed to internal website lead alerts. Message frequency varies based on incoming estimate requests. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Website visitors and customers are not enrolled in this internal operational SMS alert campaign.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on incoming estimate requests and other operational events. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Supported opt-out keywords may also include CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, and END. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient later re-subscribes by texting START.

Customer SMS

If Peak Construction offers optional SMS communications to customers, those communications are separate from the internal operational alert program. Customer SMS may relate to estimate requests, appointments, project updates, or quote follow-up. Customer SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Privacy

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Peak Construction Privacy Policy for additional information.

Changes to These Terms

Peak Construction may update these SMS Terms when messaging programs, legal requirements, or service providers change. The current version will be posted on this page.
